Return and Refund Policy

Product Appreciation Period Instructions

According to Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act, consumers are entitled to a 7-day appreciation period (including holidays). However, adult products are considered personal hygiene items and, according to the Guidelines for Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal in Distance Transactions, are a type of product not subject to the 7-day appreciation period. Therefore, once the product is unsealed (including the product packaging or seal), returns or exchanges are not accepted for hygiene reasons, unless the product itself is defective or there was a shipping error.

Acceptable return and exchange situations

If you find any of the following situations when you receive the product, please contact customer service within 7 days:

The product has manufacturing defects
Received the wrong product
The product is seriously damaged during shipping
After confirmation, we will assist you with the return or exchange process.

Situations where returns cannot be accepted

The following situations are not eligible for returns or refunds:

– The product has been unsealed or used
– The product is damaged due to human factors, such as:
– Stains, wear, scratches, or malfunctions
– Exceeding the 7-day trial period
– Returned product accessories, packaging, or contents are incomplete
– Non-functional defects (such as color difference, minor scratches)
– Malicious or excessive return records

Reminder: The 7-day trial period is only for checking whether the product meets your needs, and is not a product trial period.
